You’ll need a WhatsApp for Business number which we can supply as a Twilio ISV and then you give that out to clients you would like to chat with.
As soon as they contact you, you’ll see them in a new Teams WhatsApp Channel, change it’s name to theirs, add whomsever from your organisation and away you go. Simple.
